House Histories
Discover your property’s unique history through one of my house history report packages!
I offer two main report packages: A basic, non-illustrated report and an in-depth, illustrated report.
*Please note there is no guarantee about the quantity and/or quality of information available about your property. However, I do guarantee that I will conduct extensive research aligned with best practices in the field.
The Basic Report-$450
This report is a “down to the studs” collection of information about your property. The information researched is:
- Deed search/past owner list
- Builder and architect information
- Brief analysis of building style
The In-Depth Report-$950
This report contains all the information researched in the Basic Report plus:
- Historic maps showing the property and analysis
- Historic photographs
- Discussion of neighborhood development
- Past owner bios
- A comprehensive analysis of your building’s architectural style. This will include photographs of your building with labeled architectural components and a discussion of the style in historical context
If neither of these packages are right for your needs, you may pick and choose the report components
- Deed search/past owner list: $200
- Builder and architect information: $200
- Historic maps: $200
- Historic photographs: $200
- Past owner bios: $300
Reports will be delivered in PDF format but can also be mailed for an additional $10.00
Historic Designation Consulting
I am also able to offer services in the research and preparing of historical designations on both a local and national level. The fee for these projects would be assessed on a per project basis.
